One Pot Pea & Potato Soup
1 cup split green peas, 3 medium potatoes chopped, 1/2 cup chopped carrot, 1/2 white onion diced, 4 garlic cloves minced, 2 stalks celery chopped, 1 tbsp Mrs Dash (similar to Italian seasoning), 1 tsp smoked paprika, 2 vegetable bouillon cubes, 1 tbsp miso paste, 2 dashes of cayenne pepper, 4 cups water, S&P to taste.
Place all ingredients in a large pot, bring to a boil, reduce to a simmer and cover, cook 1 hour or until the peas have absorbed most of the water. Calories- 383 (per serving) Macros -76/4/20.
