Gillian will design an individual yoga program for you based on your energetic constitution, to help bring your body into a state of balance and well-being. If you are new to yoga, private sessions are a great way for you to build a foundational practice. If you are a more seasoned practitioner, working one-on-one with an experienced teacher is a great way to deepen your practice. Sessions are held in the Whistler area or via Zoom.

She specializes in Hatha & Yin yoga, meditation, breath practices and nutrition. Gillian will help you to uncover which aspects of your life are deserving your attention and healing. Through various yoga techniques, she will work with you to develop a daily practice that inspires you and helps you to connect with your true Self. Sessions are held in the Whistler area or via Zoom. Designed for groups of two or more people, group yoga is perfect for colleagues at the workplace or groups of friends who want to take a class together. Whether you’re an experienced yoga practitioner or an absolute beginner, Gillian offer yoga classes that are tailored to your needs.

Yoga For Athletes
This program is ideal for sports teams or individual athletes in the Whistler area who would like to improve their overall athletic performance.
Classes are 60 minutes in length and are designed for both adolescents and adults who would like to compliment their existing training routine. Package rates available.
